Assistant - Event Coordination Support
As Assistant - Event Coordination Support, you will play a key role in the logistical coordination and communication around a major international event.
Your tasks :
- Follow up speakers' confirmations, collect their biographies, photos, presentations and travel information.

- Update planning documents (agenda, list of speakers, logistics tables).
- Collecting, validating and formatting presentations according to official templates.
- Help manage participant registrations.
- Participate in communication activities: support for social networks, e-mail reminders, updating the website.
Essential skills:
- Strong organisational skills, with proven experience in managing large-scale events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with external stakeholders (contractors, stakeholders, etc.).
- Precision, efficiency and rigour in managing administrative and logistical tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level required).
- Previous experience in public or institutional events.
- Knowledge of event planning tools (diary platforms, abstract management systems, etc.).
Minimum qualifications :
- Secondary school diploma giving access to higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- At least one year's experience in a similar position.
