Clerical Support - First line IT support (M/F/D)

• Supporting and troubleshooting web based applications ;
• Documentation of solutions, maintaining user/ administration guides and step-by-step instructions ;
• Document policies and operating procedures ;
• Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures ;
• Perform customer service support and other profile-related tasks.
Profile required :
• Recent and relevant experience related to IT Helpdesk functions ;
• Knowledge of enterprise and network management ;
• French and English speaker (level C1) ;
• Experience of less than 3 years is required ;
• If you have a Clearance, it’ll be considered as an advantage.
