As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring outstanding client care and fostering positive relationships
- Handling client inquiries promptly and effectively, collaborating with the operations team as needed
- Generating various reports for clients
- Executing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Providing administrative support and completing required checklists
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of client culture
Required Skills and Experience:
- Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese, along with fluency in English
- Knowledge of banking, custody business, or securities brokerage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth analysis and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to contribute to decision-making and provide recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of client relationships and networking
- Ability to coordinate resources for mid-term projects and tasks
- Strong team player with flexibility
