contracts on a global scale.

·         Enhance and streamline the renewal process through direct and indirect channels.

·         Lead the renewal process from forecasting to deal closure, ensuring timely submission of renewal offers.

·         Collaborate with sales engineers to identify opportunities for software license upselling.

·         Maintain accurate records of licenses and contracts in our dedicated system.

·         Negotiate renewal issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Update CRM systems promptly to facilitate accurate forecasting and reporting.

·         Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with clients,
partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

·         Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential.

·         Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, is required.

·         Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory, with French language skills considered advantageous.

·         Strong customer service and sales orientation.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint).
